Meridian Media Group’s Group Advisory Board brings together senior expertise across strategy, finance, broadcasting, global media, technology, distribution and international commercial development.
The Advisory Board provides strategic counsel to the Founder & Executive Chairman and Group leadership as Meridian develops NN24, TV7 and APICo within a coherent institutional framework.
Governance status
The Group Advisory Board is a non-statutory advisory body. It provides strategic counsel and specialist expertise but does not exercise the statutory powers or fiduciary responsibilities of the Board of Directors of Meridian Media Group Limited or its operating companies.
